I have been battling with Toast 11 BD plugin on my MacPro with 10.6.8.
Does anyone if there's a firmware update to make this all work? I'm only interested in backup and archiving.
I always get " Waiting for Writer" then it spits out the disk.
I did everthing I could think of. The LG WH10LS30 will burn DVDs but not BD.

I was hoping for a short answer to directly solve the problem for not only myself but also others who have gone through the long listings several times without avail.
Can anyone chime on this with a direct solution? I have 10.6.8. Toast with BluRay plugin. The drive will burn DVDs but not BluRay. Says waiting for disk.
Is there firmware for 10.6.8 to write BluRay? (LG WH10LS30)
